75 Jackson Street
75 Jackson Street was a fee development infill project with the Thomasson Family to convert a historic property into a functioning office park. The site is located at the gateway to historic Newnan, Georgia and envelopes the property that hosts the historic and highly visible Arnall-Mann house. Originally constructed by the family of the current owner in the 1920's as a primary residence, the home and a side structure were ultimately converted by GDP into office space, and three new buildings were added as well. GDP worked closely with both the Family, The City of Newnan, and the architects and engineers to created a plan that retained the historical character of the existing property as well as the surrounding area. These efforts paid off, as upon completion, the project received awards from the Newnan-Coweta Historical Society.
