Big Creek Greenway
Georgia Development Partners was selected in July of 2008 by the City of Roswell to construct the Big Creek Greenway. The multi-use pathway is the connective segment that links the residents of the Cities of Roswell and Alpharetta to residential, commercial and recreational destinations throughout Fulton County. The project consisted of 12’ concrete pathways, elevated boardwalks through sensitive wetlands, flood plains and stream buffers, bathroom facilities, informational kiosks, and recreational furnishing installations. Native landscaping and riparian restoration measures were also required for purposeful incorporation of the pathway into the Big Creek Environmental Park.
