Hathaway Construction selected GDP to provide civil site development on a 16 acre, 280 unit multi-family development in Greenville, SC. This redevelopment was previously a heavy industrial site requiring demolition abandonment and abatement of existing conditions. GDP worked closely with environmental/geotechnical consultants to place and contain 27,000 cubic yards of contaminated materials under very strict placement guidelines for environmental health.
